If you wish, you can use a free Webmail account for handling your email.

We will firstly add a new email under the "E-mail Boxes" link in the left hand Navbar.

Note how we have provided another working email address in the "Send the settings to" field and this is CRUCIAL as we will be accessing our Webmail login details there:

We then need to click on "Submit".

Shortly afterwards, you should receive an email to that "Send settings to" email address above and that is where we can find (and should copy somewhere safe), your Webmail login details AND your Webmail link e.g.

But what if your email account has ALREADY been created and you DON'T have your Webmail logins.

In that case, click on the "Settings" button next to your relevant email address and get the Webmail logins and link re-sent to any email address that you want:

Your Webmail account will be at your main hosting account domain or the server's name (with https at the front NOT http) with :20000 added at the end - ignore the temporary SSL warning there, that will be removed soon - and enter your logins from the email to access Webmail:

NOTE: If you use Google Apps for your email, we wil need to manually change your MX records so please let us know via a support ticket and we will action that quickly.
