Yes, migration to WPX Hosting is totally free if you meet OUR SITE MIGRATION POLICY and is normally completed within 24 hours, once we have all the information from you that we need.
Email service IS included for free with your WPX Hosting account BUT we highly recommend separating your email to a service like Google Apps or Zoho for enhanced performance - our main focus is on high performance WordPress hosting.
If you do choose to use our email, please note that for a smooth email management transition, we need to know exactly what your current email setup is e.g. are you using Google Apps/GMail to serve email or Mozilla Thunderbird or MS Outlook?

Plus, regardless of the number of sites you need moved or the size of the sites involved, site migration to WPX Hosting is free.
However, please note that this does NOT apply if you wish to move an established site to a brand new domain hosted with us.
For example, if your current established site is say, tomjones.com (or a subdomain/subfolder) and you want to create a brand new domain and site on tomjonesblog.com with the content from tomjones.com (or a subdomain/subfolder).
Such a migration is extremely time consuming given the massive amount of DB editing sometimes required for changing URLs.
We can try to migrate website to a new domain name, but this is paid service and it costs $98 without VAT.
Also keep in mind that migrations from one domain to another are not 100% guarantied due to encoded URLs in the DB sometimes. Of course if this is the case we will refund you the amount paid for that migration
Site migrations are carried out 7 days a week and normally will be completed within 24 hours.

Once the migration is done, we'll advise when your NameServers can be changed at your domain registrar/s.
DNS propagation (basically telling the Internet that your site/s has a new hosting location) normally takes 24 hours and in some rare cases it can take up to 72 hours. More information on the topic can be found here:

You can find your site/s' IP address in your Hosting Panel > "Servers Details" section.
NOTE: If you use Google Apps for your email, we will need to manually change your MX records so please let us know via a support ticket and we will action that quickly.
